1. Eligibility and Participation

1.1

All PB Visa Infinite/ PB Visa Signature / PB World MasterCard / PB Platinum MasterCard/ PB Quantum Visa/ PB Quantum MasterCard/ UTAR Debit/TARC Debit Card Accounts must be current and valid to be redeemed with Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points for Emall e-voucher Redemption Programme. 

1.2

Only Principal Cardmembers can redeem for the e-voucher via redeeming the points earned from Principal and Supplementary Card usage.

2. Redemption of Air Miles/VIP Points/TAR Points

All PB Visa Infinite/ PB Visa Signature / PB World MasterCard / PB Platinum MasterCard/ PB Quantum Visa/ PB Quantum MasterCard/ UTAR Debit/TARC Debit Card Accounts must be current and valid at the time of Redemption request.  

2.2

Principal Cardmembers may use their accumulated Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points to redeem e-voucher from www.pbbemall.com within the validity period and while stocks last. The following is the points required in order to redeem the e-voucher :-

The Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points are valid for 3-year, based on first-in-first-out basis. Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points can only be used after posting into the Cardmember’s statement.

2.4

Redemption request will only be processed with the authorized signature of the Principal Cardmember on the Redemption Form. Signature must correspond with the specimen signature of the Card Account.

2.5

Redemption request once accepted by the Bank may not be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged.

2.6

Redemption request with insufficient Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points will not be executed.

2.7

Insufficient Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points will be based on the receipt date of Redemption Form and Cardmembers will be duly notified in writing or phone call by the Bank.

2.8

The Cardmember understands fully and accepts that notification reply by Webmaster will be arranged on a best-effort basis and must accept notification(s) in whatever conditions and absolve the Bank from all responsibilities should the notification be lost or misdirected while in the notifying processes. No replacement of e-voucher will be allowed under any circumstances.

All accumulation of Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points by Cardmembers will be treated as null or void upon cancellation of the PB Visa Infinite/ PB Visa Signature / PB World MasterCard / PB Platinum MasterCard/ PB Quantum Visa / PB Quantum MasterCard/ UTAR Debit/TARC Debit Card Accounts for any reason whatsoever and regardless of whether the cancellation is effected by the Bank or the Cardmember.

3.2

The Bank reserves the absolute right to charge the full value of the e-voucher to the Card Account, if the Cardmember is in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3

The Bank further reserves the sole right to revise the Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points as specified in the Emall e-voucher Redemption Screen for the voucher value listed at any time.

3.4

E-vouchers redeemed and accepted are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for items or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances whatsoever.

3.5

The Bank shall further not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss and damage or whatsoever suffered by Cardmember caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from their participation in the Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points Emall e-voucher Redemption Programme or as a result of any act or omission on the part of the Bank. The Bank shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever, in respect of technical failures of any kind, unauthorized human intervention and electronic or human error in the administration and processing of the Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points Emall e-voucher Redemption Programme.

3.6

By participating in Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points Emall e-voucher Redemption Programme, PB Cardmembers shall be deemed to have read, understood and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein, including decisions of the Bank which are final, binding and conclusive. No further correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained. The Bank hereby reserves the exclusive right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms & Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one (21) days prior notice at www.pbebank.com and Cardmember agrees to be bound by such amendments.

3.7

The Terms & Conditions herein are in addition to the Terms & Conditions in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Card Account and in the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the Air Miles/ VIP Points/ TAR Points Emall e-voucher Redemption Programme.
